丁雪丽,研究员,博士研究生导师。2010年博士毕业于中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所。研究兴趣为土壤碳氮转化的生物化学过程与驱动机理,主要以稳定同位素示踪和生物标识物相结合为研究手段,重点围绕农田生态系统碳氮循环转化的微生物参与过程与调控机理开展研究。至今,以第一和通讯作者身份在Soil Biology & Biochemistry和Biology and Fertility of Soils等国际主流期刊上发表SCI研究论文20篇(中科院1区论文16篇),累计影响因子94.82,他引总数628次;作为项目负责人,共主持国家自然科学基金项目3项及其它类别基金6项。中国科学院青年创新促进会会员(2013年加入)。担任Geoderma、European Journal of Soil Science、土壤学报、应用生态学报等多个期刊审稿人。

主要研究方向:
土壤碳氮循环转化过程及对全球变化的响应及内在调节机制。重点围绕生态系统地下生态过程,利用稳定同位素示踪技术与生物标识物相结合的方法,聚焦于“土壤有机质的形成、来源、更新和转化过程”及“有机质-团聚体/矿物-微生物”互作过程与机理,在化合物分子水平上探讨外源碳氮在陆地生态系统中的循环转化过程及其对人为管理和气候变化的响应机制。
已开展研究工作包括:
1)农田生态系统中秸秆来源碳氮分解转化的微生物利用过程与参与机制;
2)典型生态系统中微生物残体对土壤有机质形成的贡献与稳定机理;
3)不同微生物对外源碳氮的同化利用过程与强度及对土地利用方式、增温等环境因子变化的响应规律;
4)增温与氮沉降背景下,土壤有机质组成和来源的变化及微生物驱动机制。
