冯小宝，男，博士研究生，长期从事电机系统可靠性提升技术、高性能电机控制技术等方面的研究工作，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、青年项目等一系列重要课题，发表SCI/EI期刊会议论文十余篇，曾获博士研究生国家奖学金、国际会议ICEMS学生论文奖，担任IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification、ICEMS等多个顶级国际期刊及会议审稿人。
