韩杰，男，1994年05月出生，江苏省东台市人，博士，2022年4月博士毕业于同济大学测绘与地理信息学院测绘科学与技术专业，现任遥感与测绘工程学院专任教师。主要从事空间数据处理模型优化方法理论研究、高分辨遥感卫星影像或视频质量提升（去噪、去雾、去模糊）等研究，在国内外期刊上发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI论文13篇。担任IEEE TGRS、 IEEE TCSVT、Journal of Surveying Engineering、Survey Review等国际期刊审稿人。
