李家强，男，1976年5月生，安徽滁州人，2007年博士毕业于上海交通大学，2009年中国电子科技公司第14研究所博士后出站，现为南京信息工程大学副教授，硕士生导师，指导研究生近20人，《IET Radar，Sonar & Navigation》、《IET Electronics Letter》、《现代雷达》，《传感技术学报》等国内外学术期刊审稿人。主要从事信号检测与估计、数据处理目标跟踪与成像及雷达系统设计研究，承担本科《电磁场与电磁波》及硕士研究生《雷达系统》、《现代信号处理》等课程。主持与参与国家及省部级项目，国内外期刊发表论文近30篇，其中SCI收录10余篇，专利20余件，含发明专利7件，其中成果转化3件。
