林鹏，男，副教授，硕士生导师，东北大学通信与信息系统专业博士，加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学联合培养博士，卡尔顿大学访问学者。2021年8月入职南京信息工程大学电子与信息工程学院。主要从事算力网络、边缘智能网络、云边端一体化资源管理、人工智能算法在通信网中的应用等方面的研究。
