潘帅，博士，硕导。本、硕毕业于南京信息工程大学，美国休斯顿大学大气环境博士，康奈尔大学博士后。近期研究定量评估了多个交通减排措施（如大规模使用新能源车、施行严格排放标准、气候政策等）对大气环境与公共健康的影响。在Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews，Environment International，Atmospheric Environment 等学术期刊发表SCI论文多篇。
