上官磊,男,博士毕业于东南大学集成电路学院,2024年3月起任南京信息工程大学集成电路学院讲师。主要研究方向为低维半导体材料表征及测试、MEMS气体传感器、TEM原位芯片开发等。主持东南大学MEMS教育部重点实验室开放课题1项,南京信息工程大学科研启动金项目1项。参与国家重点研发计划1项,国家自然科学基金2项。在ACS Appl. Mater. & Interfaces、Nano Res.、Mater. Today Nano、ACS Nano等期刊发表sci论文10余篇。
