孙瑛鞠，博士、讲师、硕士生导师，现为南京信息工程大学文学院专任教师，2013年获东北师范大学日语语言文学与日本冈山大学教育学双硕士学位，2014年获批国家留学基金委公派留学资格赴日深造，2019年获冈山大学文学博士学位，主要从事中日关系史、日本国别研究、翻译实践领域的教学科研工作，目前主持国家社科基金青年项目1项、市厅级科研项目1项。
