管理学博士,南京信息工程大学副教授、硕士生导师,大连理工大学博士,美国南卡罗莱纳大学联合培养博士。研究方向:在线竞赛社区、数字化创新、电子商务等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,参与国家社会科学重大项目1项,参与多项国家自然科学、社会科学基金项目,在国内外期刊发表学术论文20余篇。
