Team Members Introduction:团队骨干，男，1963年12月生，法学博士，教授，南京信息工程大学大数据法治研究院研究员。“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选，主要研究方向为行政法，发表学术论文200余篇，60余篇被《新华文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘》、人大复印报刊资料、光明日报理论版等转载或摘录。主持国家及省部级各类重大、重点科研项目等20余项，其中，教育部人文社科重大攻关项目1项、国家社科基金项目2项（含重点1项）、司法部和最高人民法院重点项目各1项。
