Team Members Introduction:团队骨干，男，1984年生，法学博士，现为南京信息工程大学大数据法治研究院研究员。在法院工作十余年，主要研究方向为信息网络犯罪，发表论文40余篇，其中CSSCI（含扩展、集刊）论文9篇。参与最高人民法院多项司法解释的起草工作以及国家社科基金项目、最高人民法院项目。主持最高人民法院课题一项、江苏省法学会课题一项。
