Team Members Introduction:团队骨干，男，1982年5月生，法学博士，江苏警官学院法律系副教授，南京信息工程大学在职博士后。江苏高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象，主要研究方向为宪法学、行政法学。发表学术论文多篇，其中CSSCI期刊4篇，中国人民大学复印报刊资料全文转载2篇，主持省部级项目1项，参与国家级项目2项、省部级项目4项。
