Dr. Xiao Ye is currently an Associate Professor at Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology. He earned his Ph.D. from Nanjing University and conducted joint doctoral training at the University of Padua, and the National Research Council Institute for Geo-Hydrological Protection (CNR-IRPI) in Italy. His research focuses on landslide monitoring, forecasting, and early warning, subsurface thermo-hydro-mechanical (T-H-M) evolution mechanisms, and the effects of extreme climate on engineering geological interfaces. Dr. Ye has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China for Young scholars, 3 Open Funds from provincial-level key laboratory. He has also participated in 5 National research projects, including the National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation's Distinguished Young Scholars and General Programs, China. As first or corresponding author, he has published over 10 SCI/EI papers in renowned journals such as Geophysical Research Letters, Engineering Geology, Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering, and Science China Technological Sciences.
