Yin Junming, Professor of Accounting at the School of Business, Doctoral Supervisor, Dean of the Institute of Accounting and Audit, PhD in Management (Accounting Area) from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Postdoctoral Fellow in Business Administration from Nanjing University, Non practicing Member of Chinese Certified Public Accountants, Visiting Scholar at School of Business of McMaster University in Canada and Curtin University in Australia. Professor  Yin is serving as an internal control consulting expert of the Ministry of Finance, deputy director of the Financial Professional Committee of the Nanjing Western Returned Scholars Association, and vice president of the Pukou Western Returned Scholars Association, anonymous reviewer for professional journals such as Accounting Research, Pacific Basin Finance Journal, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade.

He has published more than 50 academic papers in journals such as Accounting Research, Management Review, Management Science, Economic Management, Pacific Basin Finance Journal, British Journal of Management, Frontiers of Business Research in China, and Economics Letters. He has received grants from the National Social Science Foundation, the Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education, the China Postdoctoral Fund, and the Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Foundatio.
