张达真，哲学博士，毕业于澳大利亚伍伦贡大学澳大利亚国家资源与安全研究中心国际法专业。2016年12月至2020年4月，担任澳大利亚国家海洋资源与安全研究中心研究助理，2020年6月至今，任南京信息工程大学法政学院专任教师。2021年3月至2021年9月，借调至南京海事法院海商审判庭工作。现任江苏省法学会海商法学研究会理事，江苏省法学会比较法学研究会理事。
自攻读博士学位起，一直致力于海洋法学的教研工作，关注海洋环境要素的国际法保护，研究领域聚焦在国际法和比较法视角下海岛资源开发利用、蓝色碳汇价值实现和海洋生物多样性养护等海洋环境问题。
