张金穗，山东省滨州市人，管理学博士，本硕博分别毕业于中国农业大学、北京师范大学、复旦大学。
主要从事医疗保障制度、医药卫生政策、经济学评价等领域的研究。参与过国家社科基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金专项项目等多项国家级课题。任《中国卫生经济》青年编委。
在《Social Science & Medicine》、《Dermatology and Therapy》、《Scientific Reports》、《中国卫生政策研究》等国内外期刊上发表论文10余篇。
