赵见国Associate professor
赵见国，男，山东莒县人，硕士生导师，东南大学物理电子学博士、南京大学博士后。 研究实现“半导体—芯片—应用系统”闭环，涉及第三/四代宽禁带半导体及相关发光/光电子器件、射频/功率器件和嵌入式硬件系统，包括深紫外/日盲光电探测器、紫外/高品质白光LED、InGaN基Micro-LED显示和可见光通信等，毕业生多去往半导体/芯片龙头企业。累计在光学、物理类顶级期刊发表SCI论文30余篇，被引用200余次，获得授权的国家发明...details>
