赵萌初，男，博士。2024年获得南京大学理学博士学位。主要从事青藏高原气候异常及其影响、人工智能气候预测和人工智能气象模型评估等方面科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金和中国气象局重点实验室青年开放课题等科研项目，在Climate Dynamics等SCI期刊发表多篇论文。
