薄军，博士，研究员，硕士研究生导师。厦门大学环境科学博士；2009-2011年，香港城市大学生化系博士后研究；2011年至今，自然资源部第三海洋研究所海洋生态保护与修复重点实验室工作。2018年参加中国第九次北极科学考察；2019-2020年，国家留学基金委资助在瑞士伯尔尼大学开展访学工作。研究方向为海洋生物学与水生生物毒理学。主要开展海洋典型与新型污染生物效应与机制、生物生态效应监测预警、生态风险评估研究与应用工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、中国-马来西亚国际合作项目、自然资源部海洋监测预警项目、福建省自然科学基金先导性项目等20余项。申请国家发明专利4项；发表研究论文70余篇，其中SCI收录60余篇。福建省高层次人才；荣获中国海洋工程咨询协会2024年度海洋工程科学技术二等奖。
