Research Experience & Interests

Electric vehicle drive system; motor drive and control; wireless energy transfer system；Power conversion in renewable energy system; AI+power system; AI+fault diagnosis.

Main achievements

Since 2009, I have authored or co-authored over 120 high quality journals and conference papers (71SCI-index journal papers, most of them are JCR Q1, 37 IEEE Transactions). I hold more than 100 Chinese patents. I have got the best paper award in ICEMS 2014 and PHM-Hangzhou 2023, and the First Prize of High Value Patent in Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing.

I am currently a Fellow of Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce UK (RSA Fellow), a Senior member of IEEE, a Senior Member of the Chinese Electrotechnical Society, and a member of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, and etc.

I am the Expert in the evaluation of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Expert in the Evaluation of Key R&D Projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

In 2018, I was selected as a high-level talent in the "Six Talent Peaks" of Jiangsu Province.

In 2022, I was selected as a young and middle-aged academic and technical leader in the "333 Talent Project" of Jiangsu Province.

In 2023, I was selected as a leader in excellent scientific research and innovation teams in Anhui Province's universities. Highest level.

In 2023 and 2024, I was selected as one of the "Top 2% Global Scientists".

In 2023, I got the Science and Technology Award of Jiang Su province, China.

个人简介： 

• 2012.09，在南京航空航天大学自动化学院获电机与电器专业博士学位，从事高速开关磁阻电机及系统研究。

• 2013.2至2015.3，英国谢菲尔德大学自动控制与系统工程系，EPSRC Postdoc Research Associate，师从IEEE Fellow/ IET Fellow Qing-Chang Zhong 教授（现为伊利诺伊理工大学IIT教授）。期间与“牛津大学、帝国理工学院、拉夫堡大学、克莱菲尔德大学、考文垂大学”五校科研团队共同研究“未来电动汽车”的关键技术，主要负责电动汽车功率系统研究。

• 2014.12- ，南京信息工程大学自动化学院，教授，博士生导师。

• 2015.09-，南京信息工程大学江苏省气象能源利用与控制工程技术研究中心副主任。

• 2021.03-2022.3，南京信息工程大学研究生院，副院长（挂职）。

本课题组学生：

现有在读博士研究生1名，在读硕士研究生14名，外校硕士生7名。

2025年计划招收国内普招博士生1-2名（重点招生硕士为电气、机械和控制方向的学生），外籍博士生择优招1-2人，硕士生8名（南信大5人含学硕2人，安建大招3人）。
