陈建铭，男，博士，硕士研究生导师，台湾台北人。山东省青创团队（人工智能与网络安全）带头人，深圳市海外高层次人才，深圳市南山区领航人才，IEEE高级会员，全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（2021，2022）。2010年12月毕业于台湾清华大学资讯工程系，获工学博士学位。2012年10月至2018年6月间，任职于哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）计算机科学与技术学院担任助理教授与副教授。2018年7月至2023年6月间起任职于山东科技大学计算机科学与工程学院担任副教授。2023年7月起任职于南京信息工程大学人工智能学院担任副教授(校聘教授，南京信息工程大学龙山学者支持计划)。
研究兴趣主要集中在网络安全，数据挖掘，区块链，大数据，人工智能等。在IEEE/ACM领域顶级期刊论文（ACM TOSN, ACM/IMS TDS, IEEE TII, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TPDS, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TITS, ACM TMIS, IEEE TMM等），中科院一，二区期刊论文发表多篇论文。共计发表约150篇SCI期刊论文以及多篇ESI高倍引论文，目前google scholar总引用数超过6000次，H-Index 43 (http://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=ETAzFFQAAAAJ)。作为负责人，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、山东省青创团队引育记划，山东省面上基金，深圳市海外高层次项目创新创业记划，深圳市基础研究项目等项目。
目前于国际学术期刊International Journal of Information and Computer Security （CCF C类推荐期刊）担任执行主编及多个SCI期刊担任编委(JIFS,JCN, CMC, CMES等)。另于10个SCI期刊担任客座编辑。分别担任约50个国际会议议程主席，议程委员等等。
