Chen Liang, born in Yancheng city of Jiangsu Province in 1982, was graduated from School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanjing University in 2012 with a doctorate degree in Physical chemistry. Then he joined the School of Environmental Science and Engineering of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology as a teacher in June in the same year.
