郭照冰,男,1972年10月生,江苏邳州人,中共党员,工学博士,宿迁学院副校长、教授(二级),
南京信息工程大学博士生/硕士生导师,历任南京信息工程大学教务处处长、研究生院常务副院长、环境科学与工程学院副院长等。
为教育部中国工程教育环境工程专业认证专家、教育部本科教育教学审核评估专家等。
