赖扬晨，博士，香港浸会大学地理学博士，江苏省卓越博士后。长期致力于气候变化与极端天气气候的研究，尤其聚焦热带气旋活动及其相关极端降水、风暴潮和复合洪涝事件的灾害风险评估与机理分析。目前已在Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America（PNAS）、npj Climate and Atmospheric Science、Journal of Climate、Environmental Research Letters等国际权威SCI期刊发表学术论文10余篇，研究成果被写入世界气象组织第十届热带气旋国际研讨会技术报告，获得中国气象服务协会气象科技创新二等奖。出版学术专著2部，主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目和江苏省卓越博士后项目，参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目和广东省科技厅联合实验室项目等。 More+
