潘玉洁副教授，长期从事中小尺度系统和雷达资料同化方面的研究。目前已在飑线动力学、数值预报和资料同化等方面做出了创新贡献，并与国外相关方向研究人员保持友好学术交流。近年来在大气科学的相关国内外期刊发表十余篇论文，受到了国内外专家的关注和认可。主要研究内容包括基于观测资料，通过单双雷达对超级单体、飑线等中小尺度强对流系统的内热动力结构进行诊断分析；结合数值模式和同化模块，建立区域快速同化更新系统，...
