呼气VOCs检测作为潜力巨大的新型无创检测方法,成为当今世界重大疾病如糖尿病、肺癌等诊断的前沿研究。基于纳米孔SMO的复合传感材料作为呼气诊断的主要工具而倍受关注。本课题组针对高湿度条件下SMO传感材料的灵敏度低且对特定VOC气体选择性差等重大挑战性问题,采用后置热蒸法构建纳米自组装制备技术,调控传感材料能级结构,开展表面反势层与耗尽层的可控调节,进行优质量子隧道结界面结构的机制与控制方法研究。
