Tang Yuheng, male, PhD, associate professor, member of the Institute of AI Meteorology. He obtained a bachelor's degree in atmospheric science from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology in June 2019 and a doctorate in meteorology from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in June 2024. His research interests include climate dynamics (the connection between the Antarctic Oscillation and the climate of the Tibetan Plateau and East Asia), AI in meteorology (artificial intelligence, the application of causal inference methods in climatology), etc. He has published 15 SCI papers and 6 SCI papers as the first author, including academic journals such as Geophysical Research Letters, Environmental Research Letters, and Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres, and won the title of Beijing Outstanding Graduate of 2024.
