管理学博士，南京信息工程大学副教授、硕士生导师，大连理工大学博士，美国南卡罗莱纳大学联合培养博士。研究方向：在线竞赛社区、数字化创新、电子商务等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、江苏省社会科学基金项目1项，参与国家社会科学重大项目1项，参与多项国家自然科学、社会科学基金项目，在国内外期刊发表学术论文20余篇。
