Patent Desc:气象序列数据不一致性主要是由于管理，或者气象观测站更新设备导致的。本发明主要从时间维度，解决气象序列数据不一致性问题。时间分类器采用基于气象大数据的随机森林方法，通过冲突站点部分一致性数据，及附近站点一致性数据（摘要附图中T时刻的菱形内数据），推测不一致数据，最后通过距离函数，推测一致性数据。
