本人长期从事土壤碳氮循环相关微生物的分子生态学研究,深刻揭示了农田生态系统硝化过程及N2O排放的微生物机制。目前重点关注碳中和目标下农田微生物对农业固碳减排的贡献。擅长土壤DNA/RNA提取,RNA反转录、荧光定量PCR、稳定同位素核酸探针示踪(DNA/RNA-SIP)、高通量测序及生物信息分析等微生物分子生态学技术。目前已发表中英文论文近二十篇,包括The ISME Journal、Soil Biology and Biochemistry、Geoderma、Applied and Environmental Microbiology 、《土壤学报》等高质量期刊。其中,第一作者发表在The ISME Journal 的论文,被评为 ESI 高被引论文,被引 286 次(SCIE);发表在《微生物学报》的论文,被引 394 次,被下载 10714 次,在该杂志发表的所有论文(1953-2021 年共 7589 篇)中,被引量和被下载量均排名第2 (CNKI,截止 2021 年 3 月 9 日),该论文还获得 2017年中国百篇最具影响国内学术论文及F5000 中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文等荣誉。
