杨珂，河北保定人，博士毕业于荷兰埃因霍温理工大学（Eindhoven University of Technology)。 研究方向为：食物水能源（Food-Water-Energy, FWE）可持续发展与土地利用变化，FWE生态足迹，生态系统服务，城市内涝与城市空间布局，海绵城市，绿色雨水基础设施。长期担任Sustainable Cities and Society, Transport Policy, Jounarl of Cleaner Production, Ecological Indictors, Journal of Rural Studies等一区期刊审稿人。
