Abstract:现阶段我国养老服务供需错位问题严重，主要表现为老龄化趋势严重与社会养老服务利用率低并存，老年人养老服务需求难以得到有效满足。基于需求溢出理论构建的养老服务需求溢出理论框架能有效建立起供需对应关系。在运用陕西省三市六县的调查数据对理论框架进行验证后，发现养老服务需求根据身体机能状况、家庭照料能力、社会经济资源情况，遵循着个人—家庭—政府与公益组织溢出的格局。
