张森,男,副教授,硕士生导师,南京信息工程大学人工智能学院教师。主要从事硬件方向:忆阻神经元与神经网络,类脑仿生电路设计,神经网络与类脑计算,混沌电路与系统;软件方向:物联网安全应用(语音、图像和视频保密通信),混沌理论与AI交叉应用(生成对抗模型、扩散模型),智能优化算法(图像分类、图像识别、路径规划、微弱信号检测)研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、江苏省高等学校基础科学(自然科学)研究面上项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目2项。在IEEE-TIE、IEEE-TCAS-I、IEEE-TSMC-S等期刊发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文22篇,IEEE汇刊论文13篇,Top 1% ESI数据库高被引论文8篇,Top 0.1% ESI数据库热点论文1篇;授权国家发明专利3项。入选2023年度和2024年度“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”(World's Top 2% Scientists 2023, 2024)。
