    个人简介

      张星星,中共党员,博士毕业于华东师范大学环境工程专业。主要研究兴趣:新型污水生物处理技术(厌氧氨氧化、短程反硝化、短程硝化、反硝化除磷等)、城镇有机固废厌氧消化甲烷资源化环境抗生素抗性基因归趋与转化生物信息组学(宏基因组学、宏转录组学、代谢组学、病毒组学)、宏基因组大数据分析等。

     

      本课题组研究方向多元,核心是基于生物信息组学的微生物代谢和噬菌体(病毒)功能及其对抗生素抗性基因传播作用的研究,生物信息组学相关研究方法与技巧均由张星星老师本人亲自指导。课题组学术氛围浓厚、自由,学生可自主选择课题方向,并在导师指导下产出高质量论文成果。热忱欢迎对以上课题和方向具有研究兴趣的研究生和本科生加入课题组,一起领略微生物世界的奇妙。
