Brief Introduction Of Major Of Admissions:本研究致力于机器学习赋能的射频/微波/毫米波电路与系统智能化设计方法创新，重点研究基于深度学习的电路参数快速优化、神经网络辅助的电磁特性预测、以及强化学习驱动的系统架构自主寻优等关键技术。通过构建多物理场联合仿真数据集，开发融合物理模型与数据驱动的混合智能算法，突破传统设计方法在复杂场景下的效率瓶颈，实现从器件建模、电路优化到系统集成的全流程智能化设计，为5G/6G通信、雷达系统和太赫兹应用等领域提供高性能、低成本的设计解决方案。
