甘晓，博士，本科毕业于南京大学匡亚明学院理科强化部，后在美国宾州州立大学取得物理学专业博士学位。毕业后先后在美国东北大学和宾州州立大学担任博士后研究员，师从网络科学创始人Albert-László Barabási教授和Réka Albert教授，以及美国植物生物学家协会前主席Sarah M. Assmann教授 ，从事网络科学和生物医药的交叉学科研究，在PNAS等高水平期刊上发表过多篇论文，累计Google Scholar引用500余次。目前的研究方向为网络医药（Network medicine）理论，和生物信号转导网络建模(Modeling biological signal transduction network)。
