Dr Min Lai is a full professor and doctoral supervisor at NUIST. His research interests include optoelectronic sensing technology for meteorological parameters—particularly humidity and temperature—as well as gas sensing and photocatalytic materials. Professor Min Lai has published over 60 peer-reviewed papers in journals, including Nano Letters and Optics Letters. He has successfully led some research projects at both national and provincial levels, including multiple grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In addition to his research achievements, Professor Min Lai  maintains active international collaborations.
