Profile

马廷淮,教授、博士生导师; CCF高级会员,兼任 ICBDS 大数据与安全国际会议主席。

主要研究方向:社交网络、数据挖掘、气象大数据、强化学习、智能体等。

发表论文120+篇(CCF-A 类30+篇,ACM/IEEE Transactions 40+篇,SCI 一区40+篇),授权发明专利60+项。先后获湖南省科技进步二等奖,江苏省科技进步三等奖,江苏省高等学校科学技术研究成果三等奖、江苏省第六期“333”高层次人才培养工程”第二层次培养对象,江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人,江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次资助。主持或承担国家重点研发计划1项(“政府间国际科技创新合作”重点专项),国家自然科学基金6项,科技部公益性行业专项课题2项,其他省部级项目10项,企业横向合作项目 20+项。

所带领课题组在 IEEE TKDE,IEEE TCYB,IEEE TAC,IEEETNNLS,IEEE TCSS,IEEE TETC,ACM TKDD,ACM TALLIP 等国际权威学术期刊发表论文200+篇,SCI 收录120+篇,ESI 高被引论文6篇;学术论文 Web of Science 他引1900+次,单篇论文最高被引用400+次,Google Scholar 引用4000+次。

企业合作方面,与江苏中润普达环境大数据有限公司在大数据挖掘方面开展长期交流合作,相关成果为该公司数据存储平台和业务数据治理提供安全性与功能服务保障,围绕数据中心-技术研发-产业基地孵化模式,帮助公司成功入选盐城市高新技术企业;服务于国家气象信息中心、武汉市气象局等企事业单位,所开发的系列大数据采集与应用挖掘系统已投入使用,其他横向合作项目20+项。

课题组与美国普渡大学 Cyber Center 研究所主任 Elisa Bertino 教授(IEEE Fellow, ACM Fellow)在社交网络内容安全方面建有合作关系;与美国得克萨斯州理工大学计算机科学系 Victor S. Sheng 教授(KDD 2020 时间检验研究奖获得者)在社交网络众包数据挖掘方面已开展深入合作;与韩国庆熙大学 Sungyoung Lee、Eui-nam Huh 教授在隐私保护方面建有长期合作关系;与沙特阿拉伯国王大学 MznahAl-Rodhaan 教授有多年合作,已形成定期学术访问交流制度;与埃及开罗大学 Mohamed Magdy Abdel Wahab 教授及其团队在气象相关研究领域开展了广泛研究,形成大量研究成果。

指导的研究生中,多人前往美国阿肯色州立大学、美国德克萨斯理工大学、澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学等进行交流访问深造。
