彭代锋,男,武汉大学博士、意大利特伦托大学博士后,南京信息工程大学副教授,硕士研究生导师,遥感科学与技术系副主任。担任IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, IEEE Geosience and Remote Sensing Letters, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing, ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation, International Journal of Digital Earth, Remote Sensing, Sensor, IEEE Access, Journal of Applied Remote Sensing, Geo-spatial Information Science等国际期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、江苏省基础研究计划(自然科学基金)青年基金项目1项、参与国家自然科学基金项目多项, 发表SCI论文20余篇, Google学术引用1800余次,主要从事人工智能、深度学习、遥感影像信息智能提取、变化检测等方面的研究工作。
