（3）2018.04至2020.04，新加坡南洋理工大学，电子与电气工程学院，博士后（Si-COE）；
（4）2020.05至今，南京信息工程大学，物理与光电工程学院。
主要从事光子集成与光通信的相关研究，在光电子芯片的研发、集成光通信系统的设计、片上光信号的采集与处理等方面具有丰富的研究经验。主持国防军科委项目，国家重点研发项目子课题，国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目，江苏省科技计划青年基金项目，江苏省高校自然科学研究项目等，被授予江苏省“双创博士”称号。目前，已在Advanced Optical Materials,Photonics Research,Nanophotonics等国际著名SCI期刊上发表论文二十余篇。
